Komé Chandon was designed to capture the essence of Japanese minimalism.
Crafted from just three pure ingredients: Japanese rice, rice kōji, and water,
our sparkling saké uses a traditional and natural fermentation method
akin to that of champagne, resulting in an authentic effervescence.

How it works
100% Japanese Rice
We use minimal ingredients
at the highest quality:
Japanese rice, rice kōji, water.
Natural Sparkle
The sparkle in our saké comes naturally from fermentation, resulting in finer bubbles akin to that of champagne.
Zero Added Sugar
The natural sweetness in our saké comes purely from Japanese rice itself, without any added sugar.
Artisanal Quality
We produce in small batches to conserve the work of our Japanese master brewers, and control quality.
Additive Free
To maintain the purity of Japanese rice,
our products do not contain
any preservatives or sulphites.
